Job description:
61 Provides procurement support, focusing on multiple simple to moderate
61 Collaborates with internal and external partners (e.g., finance, legal) to meet business objectives and ensure control and compliance requirements across businesses
61 Performs tasks as assigned and applies experience to align individual work with overall strategy using discretion and judgment
61 Collaborates with teams to maintain the current operations and processes
61 Works across multiple countries and businesses; regional or sub-regional engagement
61 Assigned moderately procurement responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills Required
61 Good in English and local language
61 Good understanding of procurement processes
61 MS Office domain
61 Medium - advanced Excel (recorded macros, desirable)
61 Good on Microsoft applications
61 Demonstrated analytical aptitude
61 Good business application skills
61 Good communication skills
61 Basic understanding of corporate compliance 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標進行招標采購類信息查詢
