工作職責:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, professional networks, social media)
Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Perform reference and background checks on selected candidates
Present job offers to successful candidates and negotiate employment terms, if necessary
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruiting database
Build positive relationships with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
任職資格:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Proficient in using social media and professional networking platforms for recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and integrity
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
