The role：Act as trusted business partner to the responsible business/entity,
together with respective CEO/CFO, foster full compliance with accounting
related laws, regulations and FRG in this regard and are guided by the
principles of quality, timely delivery, transparency for decision making and
cost/benefit considerations.? Overall responsibility for accounting governance
for Innomotics China OC? Align overall goals on function tasks with CFO, give
orders/ delegate work to HOF? ICFR Support certifiers and sign HBI annual
report for OC? Function manager to HOF; Lead HoF to ensure timely completion
and quality of accounting related work.? Drive accounting end to end process
update and continuously identify areas to save efforts and improve the
productivity.? Enhance the ICFR control design and monitor the implementations
in terms of accounting related controls.? Responsible for the Chart of accounts
release/maintenance and communications? Provide support to the projects on new
accounting standards implementation, M
