Description:The HR Business Partner is responsible for local HR topics (approx. 50 employees). They support Managers and Employees along the entire HR life cycle such as On- and Offboarding, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance- and Compensation Management, workforce planning, etc. The HRBP works closely with HR Services to ensure effective service delivery.
