領導并發展可靠的全國運輸及區域分銷中心操作以保證產品的不間斷供應。在合理的成本內管理運輸費用；確保嚴格執行GSP和GMP規范以及總部質量體系文件、SHE相關規定實施；維持高水準的客戶滿意度，為公司其他部門提供優質服務。
61 Be responsible for logistics outbound team strategy and goal setting, implementation and realization.
負責物流運輸部門策略和目標的設定，實施及結果追蹤。
61 Lead the team to operate the distribution routine works via close cooperation with MCE
帶領團隊管理日常配送工作，并保持和MCE團隊的良好溝通、配合。
61 Ensure uninterrupted supply to patient by high OTIF level
維持高水準OTIF，確保對病人的不間斷供應。
61 Be responsible for NDC/RDC inventory management and warehouse capacity plan, replenishment plan management, ensure the supply to the regions.
負責NDC/RDC庫存管理、倉庫庫容計劃、補貨計劃管理，確保及時供應指定區域客戶。
61 Be responsible for crisis management, including urgent orders, new product pilot distribution, transportation issues and customer complaints, etc.
負責緊急事件管理，含緊急訂單、新產品首發、運輸事故和客戶投訴等。
61 Return goods management.
負責退貨管理。
61 Support logistics transformation projects’ implementation and manage the changes well
支持物流優化項目實施以及應用到團隊日常工作中。
61 3PL performance and logistics cost/PO management
負責第3方物流供應商績效考核管理、物流費用和相關采購訂單管理。
