?You are responsible for global mid- and long-term demand planning for dedicated product groups within GT.
?You work closely together with global and regional portfolio experts from all 6 sales regions as well as segment owners responsible for your product segment to derive a proper mid- and longterm demand planning.
?You are also responsible for midterm capacity planning together with our production plants as well as buyout suppliers.
?You are first contact in terms of midterm capacity restriction or excess capacities in plants / at buyout suppliers and support in case of non-FG bottleneck situations to define the best allocation of resources to future market demands.
?You actively contribute to the decision-making process in case of FG bottleneck situations regarding pre-production of future demands or increasing production capacities (e.g. overtime)
