Key Responsibilities:
61 Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals in the Chinese market.
61 Strong collaboration with local business units for campaign optimization.
61 Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across Baidu and 360 through a 3rd party digital marketing agency.
61 Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts.
61 Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing space, particularly within China, and adjust strategies accordingly.
61 Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with the company's web infrastructure.
61 Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure performance and drive success.
61 Oversee the budget for digital marketing initiatives and ensure a high ROI.
61 Ensure compliance with China's internet regulations and maintain a good understanding of the legal landscape as it pertains to digital marketing.
61 Build and maintain relationships with key digital partners, vendors, and influencers within the Chinese market.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
61 At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the Chinese market.
61 Strong technical knowledge of web infrastructure and experience working with digital technologies.
61 Solid experience with SEO and PPC within China.
61 Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
61 Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
61 Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
