1、業(yè)務溝通對接，并與當?shù)丶揖恿闶凵炭蛻艟S護好合作關系；
1. Business communication and docking, and maintaining good cooperation with local household retailer customers02
2、尋找潛在的家居零售商渠道客戶，開拓家電零售市場；
2. Look for potential home appliance retailer channel customers and develop home appliance retail market02
3、為家居零售商客戶提供產(chǎn)品知識培訓，產(chǎn)品上市和退市培訓及協(xié)調(diào)，協(xié)助及維護展廳出樣及布置標準化02
3. Provide product knowledge training, product listing and delisting training and coordination for household retailer customers, and assist and maintain the standardization of showroom sampling and layout02
4、分析客戶各產(chǎn)品線進、銷、存情況，協(xié)助產(chǎn)品結構優(yōu)化調(diào)整，跟蹤家居市場零售渠道商客戶月度及年度銷售目標完成進度，完成銷售及占比任務；
4. Analyze the purchase, sales and storage of each product line of the customer, assist in the optimization and adjustment of the product structure, track the completion progress of the monthly and annual sales targets of the retail channel customers in the home market, and complete the sales and proportion tasks02
5、及時宣貫總部最新產(chǎn)品及市場政策，傳達最新市場信息，提高客戶運營能力；
5. Promptly publicize and implement the latest products and market policies of the headquarters, convey the latest market information, and improve customer operation capability02
6、定期巡店，確保門店形象的整潔統(tǒng)一，展廳門店導購人員的產(chǎn)品知識、銷售技能的培訓及日常人員管理；

Job Profile：
職位要求：
1、本科及以上學歷；
1. Bachelor degree or above；
2、有家電、家居及市場拓展經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
2. Experience in home appliances and market development is preferred02
3、具有較強的溝通表達、協(xié)調(diào)處理和談判能力，客戶導向強；
3. Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills, and strong customer orientation02
4、富有工作激情，有較強的承壓能力； 有具備良好的職業(yè)道德及團隊協(xié)作精神；
