Job Responsibilities
1. responsible for the company's electronic components/chips sales and promotion;
2.According to the marketing plan, complete the sales target of the department;
3.Open up new markets, develop new customers, and increase the scope of product sales;
4. Collect market information in self responsible market area;
5.Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area, and complete sales tasks;
6. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers.
1、負責公司電子元器件/芯片的銷售及推廣;
2、根據市場營銷計劃,完成部門銷售指標;
3、開拓新市場,發展新客戶,增加產品銷售范圍;
4、負責轄區市場信息的收集及競爭對手的分析
5、負責銷售區域內銷售活動的策劃和執行,完成銷售任務;
6、管理維護客戶關系以及客戶間的長期戰略合作計劃。
1, bachelor degree or above, Russian can be used as a working language, or English level 6 or above, can speak multiple foreign languages or foreign language major is preferred;
2, work seriously and responsible, quick thinking, can work under certain pressure, have a strong team spirit; Strong communication, understanding and learning ability;
3, with good communication and coordination skills, familiar with electronic components industry, or want to change to the development of electronic components industry;
4, more than one year of foreign trade industry B2B sales experience, overseas customer independent development experience is preferred, no relevant industry experience or outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered;
5. Relevant channel resources are preferred;
任職要求:
1、本科及以上文化程度,俄語可以作為工作語言,或英語六級以上,會多門外語或外語專業優先;
2、工作認真負責,思維敏捷,能承受一定的工作壓力,有較強的團隊合作精神;溝通、理解、學習能力強;
3、具備良好的溝通與協調能力,熟悉電子元器件行業,或想轉行到電子元器件行業發展;
4、一年以上外貿行業B2B銷售經驗,有海外客戶自主開發經驗優先考慮,無相關行業經驗或優秀應屆畢業生亦可考慮;
5、有相關渠道資源者優先;
[福利]:
1、銷售和采購年薪百萬員工超20人,占團隊總人數1/4,高底薪、高提成(高于同行水平10%)
