Responsibility：
?Enclosure operation project management, lead cross-functional team to ensure new product can transfer development into mass production.
?Counterpart with customer procurement team to fulfill forecast.
?Responsible for production planning, resources management, capacity utilization, output on schedule, inventory and supply chain management to Customer.

工作職責：
1. 運營項目管理，領導整個團隊順利完成從NPI開發導入量產。
2.領導各部門運作，確保達成客戶的需求。
3.進行產能策略規劃，資源管理等，帶領整個團隊解決ramp過程中的各項異常，確保產出按計劃達成，滿足客戶需求。完整整年營收目標。
