Description:Define the Unique Value Proposition of new PLC Offers. Accountable of the new offer business plan.？·？？？？？？？ Understand the trends of the targeted markets and segments.·？？？？？？？ Specify the need of offer adaptation or new offer to capture new business opportunities;·？？？？？？？ Reveal the customers’ needs and the customers’ willingness to pay. ·？？？？？？？ Choose and price the Unique Value Proposition·？？？？？？？ Define the marketing specification of the new offer.·？？？？？？？ Manage the specification’s changes and renouncements.·？？？？？？？ Represent marketing function in new offer creation projects, ensures the time to market and offer specifications; Qualifications:·？？？？？？？？？ Minimum 5 years of offer or project marketing experience on PLC or Motion controller Products.·？？？？？？？？？ Strong technical/technology background on Controller Products·？？？？？？？？？ A thorough understanding of marketing principles, theories and concepts.·？？？？？？？？？ Strong innovation, active thinking and coordination capability, keen insight.·？？？？？？？？？ Good communication and presentation skills.·？？？？？？？？？ Fluent English communication capability.·？？？？？？？？？ Automation/Engineering Bachelor or master’s degree, MBA is a plus.
