We're looking for new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in
Xuhui, Shanghai.
Your tasks:
* Main task: Implement daily operation and maintenance of e-stores under the
company ecommerce policies and operational KPI with core e-platforms and
collaborate with e-distributors to achieve operational excellence.
* Actively assist with implementing ecommerce initiatives activities with
e-distributors and platforms to make sure ecommerce plan roll out, including
commercial policies, marketing execution, etc.
* Monitor and improve e-store management and process with performance
assessement (sell-out, DSR, traffic, conversion, ROI)
* Implement company E-commece policy to all s-stores and platforms, monitor
and lead improvement when necessary
* Work closely with vendor for online brand protection to maintain the
authority of brand on all e-commerce channels
* Collect and analysis store operational related data, competitor and
platform information to support the business decisions and regularly share
across the team
* Work closely with Ecommerce marketing team and sales team for assigned
tasks to ensure Ecommerce plan execution efficiency and and various E-commerce
operational tasks
* Coordinate with cross function team to manage the customer product quality
issues, finance
