Mission of Function主要工作任務
Execution of the indirect material/service (MRO and Equipment )parts to fully
support to fulfil GM TianJin growing demands with more competitive cost, better
quality/delivery performance and best effectiveness.

What are my responsibilities?
Seriously implement position operational rules, ensure product meet safety
requirements based on national and local related laws and regulations, Siemens
headquarters and SNC TianJin procedures.
嚴格執行崗位操作規定,確保產品根據國家和本地法律法規、西門子集團和SNC天津文件的規定來滿足產品安全要求。
Study well on operational instruction for own post. Follow the EHS related
requirement, classify rubbish well. Do well in 5S and reduce 7 wastes. Live up
to 3 NO HARM: Not to harm self, Not to harm others, Not to be harmed.”

Implementation as strategies for GM Tianjin Indirect material category to
assure a stable supply, a good quality and the most competitive price.
執行SNC天津間接材料采購戰略,確保供應物料的質量、價格優勢及穩定性。
Implementation indirect material localization activity as required planning
按照要求的計劃實施j間接材料國產化。
Perform Supplier Management: supplier selection, qualification, evaluation and
development. Implement supply base rationalization and second source
development to ensure an optimum supply chain.
實行供應商管理,負責供應商甄選、認證、評估及開發工作。優化供應商基礎,開發第二供應商梯隊,以保證供應鏈安全穩定。
Perform activities (negotiation, e-sourcing, supplier day and etc) to achieve
defined annual KPIs. Supply chain sustainbility and resilence maintain
通過實施談判、網上競價、供應商大會等活動,完成年度績效目標。供應鏈可持續和韌性維護
Good contract management sense, such as periodically contract checking,
contract archive, contract expity management etc ) in order to ensure the
accurate contracts timelines.
合同管理能力,良好合同管理意識,如定期合同檢討,合同存檔,合同有效期管理等),保證本司合同存檔時效性正確;
Improve self by trainning and working and cross functional activity etc.
通過培訓、工作、跨部門合作等來進行自我提升
Close cooperation with logistics, quality,engineering departments and internal
user.provide and solve internal user pocurement issues timely
與物流、質量、設計和內部用戶部門密切合作.及時解決內部用戶的采購事宜
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Above 3 years purchasing indirect material experience in foreign owned
manufacturing company.

Good at English,SAP,Project management, Office,Problem solving and execution .
很強的英語溝通能力,SAP,項目管理,辦公軟件,問題解決和執行力。
Negotiation ability on supplier management,commercial and technical terms with

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Above 3 years purchasing indirect material experience in foreign owned
manufacturing company.
