This position requires candidates to be self driven and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. This will require people to be willing to travel globally and work diligently to achieve their goals (sometimes overtime is inevitable). 10. Responsible for managing the sales team, leading the team to achieve sales goals, and responsible for the final sales performance. Requirement： 1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with aviation industry institutes, airlines, aviation schools, aviation training and operation units, higher education institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises; 2. Have good industry connections and rich project experience; 3. Can quickly and accurately grasp customer needs and lead the team to develop solutions 4.
