APQP follow up with good time management: drawing/specification reviews, feasibility study, assess /monitor casting manufacturing process, critical dimensions/measurement list, NDT, PPAP, etc. 3) Supplier development strategy Cooperate with casting BU to define supplier development strategy; and incorporating the decision of quality aspect for sourcing decision. 4) Support the NPI (new product introduction) Support the NPI team for the new component development in existing suppliers/new supplier. ? Casting supplier management: 1) Supplier KPI evaluation and actions follow up. (PPM, SNCC, chargeback) 2) Supplier audit. (VDA6.3, foundry technology audit, unannounced audit, ISO9001 audit etc.) 3) Supplier NCR handling (online: SAP handling; offline: problem solving: CAPA, 8D) 4) Supplier Zero Defects. (Firewall and Prevention) 5) Supplier change management (ECR, 4M1E etc.) 6) Member of global casting SQA forum, implement global casting supplier strategy.Your Profile · Bachelor or master degree in casting engineering.
