Position: HRBP Supervisor
? 1、負責集團人力資源戰略和政策在負責部門/業務單位的實施和執行。
Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Group's HR strategies and policies in the responsible departments/business units.
? 2、熟悉組織對人才的盤點,協助業務部門進行人才密度提升和高效的組織績效提升。Familiar with the organization to talent inventory, assist business departments in talent density enhancement and efficient organizational performance promotion.
? 3、負責配合業務部門開展各項人力資源工作,包括但不限于入職/請假/調任/調任事務、員工關懷及其他員工關系處理、考勤管理、合同管理、培訓支持等。
Responsible for supporting and cooperating with business departments to carry out various human resources work, including but not limited to entry/leave/transfer/transfer affairs, employee care and other employee relations handling, attendance management, contract management, training support, etc.
? 4、負責HR業務通過系統實現及日常維護。
Responsible for the realization of HR business through the system and its daily maintenance.
? 5、協助集團各項人力資源管理制度及制度建設。
Assist in the construction of various HR management systems and systems of the Group.
? 6、集團人力資源部門的人力資源項目工作。
HR project-based work of the Group's HR Department.
? 7、促進BP業務的熟悉和突破。
Promote the business familiarity and breakthrough of BP.
? 1.本科及以上學歷, 3年以上HRBP工作經驗,營銷團隊支持經驗為佳
扎實的人力資源政策及相關勞動法律法規。
Bachelor's degree or above, with multinational group company enterprise HR work experience, more than 3 years of HRBP work experience with sales
