?check cmm, welding penetration and muffler inner structure measurement and test based on annual plan.
根據(jù)年度檢驗計劃，對量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品進行定期三坐標、熔深和消音器內(nèi)部形態(tài)檢驗；
?dimension and penetration check during apqp
配合新項目調(diào)試對零件進行尺寸和熔深檢驗，并輸出結(jié)果
?check muffler inner structure such as clearance and baffle deformation.
消音器內(nèi)部隔板與殼體間隙、隔板變形情況檢查
?purchasing part ots and gauge approval during apqp
新項目外購件的ots認可以及外購件檢具，并輸出報告
?check gauge of self-made parts during apqp
新項目自制件檢具的認可
2、校準工作calibration
?lead gauge validity and cmm check
責檢具有效性管理和檢具定期三坐標檢測
?calibration to metering
根據(jù)計劃協(xié)助實施計量器具的定期校準
?monthly calibration of leakage test machine
氣密儀月度校準
3、實驗室管理lab management
?lab 5s and daily check
負責實驗室5s、設(shè)備日常點檢
?lab material management
實驗室耗材管理
?lab reports management
負責實驗室報告管理
?other specific jobs assigned by superiors
上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作
4、follow company ehs requirements. report potential risk and ehs events.
遵守公司ehs相關(guān)規(guī)定，報告安全生產(chǎn)事故隱患，報告ehs事件
5、perform responsibility relative to ehs management system

任職要求：
1、education 教育背景
? college degree or above of mechanical or welding related discipline
機械或焊接專業(yè)，大專以上學歷
2、work experience 工作經(jīng)驗
? the auto industry more than 3 years working experience
? 汽車行業(yè)3年以上工作經(jīng)驗
3、specialized skills/knowledge 專業(yè)技能/知識 :
proficient in cmm and penetration test.
精通三坐標測量和金相檢查；
? familiar with the knowledge of gd&t
熟悉gd&t知識
? master the operation of 3d&2d software
掌握3d&2d軟件操作
? strong communication and coordination ability
