任職要求：
? bachelor’s degree of mechanical or material related discipline大學本科,機械或材料相關專業
? more than 5 years experiences in automotive quality management有5年以上汽車行業質量管理經驗
? familiar with welding process/ stamping components熟悉焊接工藝、沖壓零件
? good communication skills and team work良好的溝通和團隊合作
? skillful of problem analyzing such as 8d,5why,fishbone, etc.熟練的問題分析能力，如8d，5why，魚骨圖等等
? proficient the quality management tools such as apqp, ppap, fmea, spc and msa熟悉質量管理工具，如apqp，ppap，fmea，spc，msa
