任職要求：
1. mechanical or electrical related, bachelor degree or above.
機械或電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. more than 8 years multinational manufacturing company background in process filed.
8年以上大型制造公司工藝經(jīng)驗
3. familiar with lean concept/ 6 sigma / ts16949 / 14000.
熟悉精益管理，6個sigma, 以及ts16949和14000.
4. more than 5 years team management experience.
5年以上團隊管理經(jīng)險
5. motor manufacturing process experience is preferred.
馬達制造經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。
6. good english listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
英文聽說讀寫能力好。
