一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)物理學(xué)科是我國最早建立的物理學(xué)科之一，歷經(jīng)百年發(fā)展，學(xué)科方向全、綜合實力強、國際影響顯著，在歷次學(xué)科評估中均名列前茅。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，總體規(guī)模約198 人，其中中國科學(xué)院院士8名、長江學(xué)者特聘教授19名、杰青30名、四青人才37名。擁有一批高水平科教平臺：固體微結(jié)構(gòu)物理國家重點實驗室、近代聲學(xué)教育部重點實驗室、江蘇省高技術(shù)研究重點實驗室（納米技術(shù)）、以及十余個跨學(xué)科研究所與研究中心；物理教學(xué)實驗中心是國家物理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科人才培養(yǎng)基地和國家物理實驗教學(xué)示范中心。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)物理學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事物理領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘不超過4名準聘助理教授研究方向包括：

（1）理論物理

（2）凝聚態(tài)物理

（3）聲學(xué)

（4）光學(xué)

（5）粒子物理

三、申請條件

3. 一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有物理學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中助理教授要求（博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究2年以上）；準聘副教授要求（博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年以上）；

4. 出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

5. 突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Physics, Nanjing University, China

I. About the School

The School of Physics at Nanjing University is one of the earliest physics disciplines established in China. After the development of a hundred years, the School of Physics has ranked among the best Chinese physics departments with complete disciplines, strong comprehensive strength and remarkable international reputation. Currently, the school has a high-level research team of about 198 faculty members and staffs, including 8 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 19 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 30 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. The school hosts the State Key Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures, the Ministry-of-Education Key Laboratory of Modern Acoustics, the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Nano Technology, and over ten interdisciplinary research centers. The Teaching Center for Experimental Physics is the base of fostering talents majoring in physics and the State Demonstration Center of Physics Experimental Teaching.

II. Positions

The School of Physics at Nanjing University plans to recruit several (up to 4) tenure-track assistant professors from all over the world. Areas of specific interests include:

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1) Compliance with law and regulations of the People's Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research;

(2) Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics;

(3) Ph.D. in Physics or related disciplines, with study and working experience in first-class research institutions and/or post-doctoral ，who is familiar with international cutting-edge research trends in related fields.The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree;

(4) Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good pedagogy and strong presentation ability;

(5) Scientific research achievements visibility and future development potential: Great achievements in relevant research directions, original views on relevant research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.
