一、招聘方向
新醫學、健康學、醫工學等前沿研究領域，包括但不限于：腦科學與神經疾病、免疫學與免疫治療、腫瘤精準治療、干細胞與再生醫學、納米醫學與藥物、基因組科學、生物信息學、智能醫學、數字醫學、前沿生物醫學工程等。
二、招聘崗位
（一）教學科研崗位
1.德才兼備，具有良好的個人品質、職業道德、創新精神和團隊精神；
2.應聘者原則上應具有世界一流大學或科研機構的博士學位，擁有獨立科研工作經歷；
3.具有廣闊的學術視野和創新思維，近5年內取得了具有國際影響力的科學研究成果，并獲得同行專家學者的認可，具備較大發展潛力的優秀學者。

（二）博士后崗位
1.德才兼備，具有良好的個人品質、職業道德、創新精神和團隊精神；

三、科研平臺
圍繞新醫學、健康學、醫工學研究，已經建設了國際一流的基因組科學、蛋白質科學、精準醫學、智能醫學、納米醫學等研究平臺，包括：大規模基因組測序與數據分析平臺、冷凍電鏡與生物大分子解析平臺、微束輻照細胞顯微研究平臺、大規模生物醫學影像深度學習平臺、多模態生物影像學研究平臺、納米醫學平臺，以及支持生物醫學基礎研究的核酸、蛋白質、糖及小分子生物代謝等相關研究的儀器設備和支持轉化研究的臨床醫院。
