清華大學集成電路學院擬招聘教研系列教師5名（助理教授/副教授/教授），具體信息如下: 一、集成電路設計與設計自動化方向-致力于研究新型集成電路架構、集成電路設計技術、軟硬件協同設計技術、SoC設計技術、IP核設計與組裝技術、集成電路綜合技術、驗證技術、可測性設計技術、后端設計技術、以及設計自動化技術等。 二、集成電路制造方向-致力于研究硅和化合物半導體材料、先進制造工藝原理、制造工藝和材料、工藝集成技術、MEMS技術、SiP、MCO、三維集成、新型封裝材料與工藝等。 三、集成納電子科學方向-致力于研究半導體器件理論、集成電路理論、器件與電路模型與模擬、低功耗納米新結構器件、新原理信息器件、集成電路新材料探索、密集集成系統中器件互連結構和工作機理以及電、熱、磁、力、光、聲等物理效應的客觀規律及相關的功耗密度、信號完整性理論等。 Category: Teaching and Research (Tenure track) Faculty Opening: Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor（5） Position Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion: 1.Integrated circuit (IC) design and automation, dedicating to research in novel IC architecture, IC design methodology, software-hardware co-design, SoC design, IP core design and packaging, synthesis technique, validation technique, design for test, backend design, and design automation, etc. 2.IC manufacturing, dedicating to research in Si and compound semiconductor, advanced fabrication process, process and material, process integration, MEMS, SiP, MCO, 3D integration, advanced packaging, etc. 3.Integrated nanoelectronics, dedicating to research in semiconductor device theory, IC theory, device/circuit modeling and simulation, low-power nanostructures, new-concept information processing device, IC material exploration, interconnects and physical mechanisms of densely integrated system, phenomenon involving electric, thermal, magnetic, force, photonic, acoustic as well as power density and signal integrity, etc.
資格條件：
任職要求： 1. 熱愛教育事業，具有良好的表達能力和教書育人的愿望，提供能夠勝任教學工作能力的證明； 2. 具備博士學位且有2年以上博士后或其它科研工作經歷，業績特別突出的，可適當放寬博士后或其它工作年限要求； 3. 在同年齡段國際同行中應名列前茅，具有良好的學術訓練和創新潛質，至少滿足以下條件之一： ①在基礎理論或前沿研究等方面提出新觀點、新思路、新方法，取得高水平的學術研究成果； ②在解決國家重大技術需求或典型工程范例工作中做出創新性貢獻，或在國際領先的基礎設施、科學裝置、軟硬件系統等研制工作中有關鍵理論技術貢獻，或研發的關鍵核心器件、芯片、軟件、控制系統等為國際最好水平之一，或研制出行業發展亟需的某項設備并投入使用； ③獲得國際或全國范圍內有影響的學術獎勵。 1.Enthusiastic for teaching with good communication skills and the aspiration to become an outstanding educator. A proof of teaching capability should be provided; 2.A Ph. D. degree plus at least 2 years of post-doc experience and/or other research experience. Exceptions may be made for outstanding applicants; 3.Proved to be elite among peer researchers of the same age along with excellent academic training and potential of conducting innovative research. Should meet at least one of the following 3 criteria:1）Innovations in fundamental/frontier research with new concept, idea and/or methodology proposed, evidenced by top-notch academic achievements;2）Creative contributions in national strategic technology research or key engineering program development, or core theoretical/technical contributions in the development of world’s top infrastructure, scientific apparatus and software/hardware systems, or state-of-the-art results in the development of key devices/chips/software/systems with core techniques, or breakthroughs in the development and adoption of a special equipment urgently needed by the industry;3）Academic awards .
